Elvorynix operates as a free social casino for entertainment only. All currency is virtual with zero real-world value. No deposits accepted, no real money gambling occurs. All gameplay is simulated.

4. Virtual Currency Policy

Virtual credits exist solely within Elvorynix. Zero monetary value. Cannot be exchanged for cash, goods, or services. Transfer and sale prohibited. Monetization attempts result in termination.

5. User Conduct Standards

Users must operate within legal parameters. Prohibited activities: system manipulation, bot usage, fraud attempts, user harassment. Violations result in immediate account termination.

6. Intellectual Property

All content—software, graphics, games, text—is owned by Elvorynix or licensors. Protected by IP laws. Limited license granted for personal entertainment only. Copying, distribution, modification prohibited without written authorization.

7. No Warranties

System provided "as is" without guarantees. No promises of uptime, error-free operation, or device compatibility. Usage at user's sole risk.

8. Liability Limitations

Elvorynix not liable for any damages arising from platform use or inability to use. This includes data loss, service interruption, and any other claims.

9. Platform Modifications
